DESCRIPTION:
This program is designed to prepare a student
for employment as a Help Desk Support Assistant,
Help Desk Specialist, and Help Desk Analyst.
Training includes but is not limited to
advanced software applications and operating
systems, electronic communication via the
Internet, web page components, computer
networking and network administration, the
interrelationships among major components
of networks, hardware and software selection
and installation, preventative hardware
maintenance, and customer service skills.
