DESCRIPTION:
This program is designed to prepare a student
for employment as a Computer Support Specialist,
Network Support Help Desk, Network Support
Specialist, and Senior Network Specialist.
Training includes but is not limited to
instruction in computer hardware, operating
systems, network equipment, application
support, basic hardware configuration, troubleshooting,
and customer service skills.

Lab

UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: The State of Florida requires students to meet the minimum basic skills levels prior to program completion. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER: Students are eligible to take the A+Certification, the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Network+ examinations and Window 2000 Professional (MCP) Examination.
